    Above mentioned things in the article you pointed out are true.

    In view of this, Directorate General of Mines Safety (DGMS) has already been taken action and circulated circular to each and every mines that, every mines should have their own Safety Management Plan (SMP) with it's work plan register. In which the name of the responsible person who will be responsible for the execution / implementations which are suggested in SMP.

    In the above reference, we have also made the SMP and other related documents accordingly for our mine. And work is going on for other documents also.
