One more year has passed since we last cried foul for the adverse impact due to stubble burning. It was last November there were hues and cries that air pollution or AQI has fallen drastically in the NCR and northern India. Debates in social media, promises by leaders, and scientists made headlines, but the pain is repeating itself. Stubble burning has started once again.

This awakening and vomiting of the pent-up knowledge of debaters and leaders are going to take place with vigor in the next one month's time when the festival of light “Deepavali or deepotsav” will get closer.
