The whistle blower: an enemy to all

“I like to pray,” he told his audience. “But we shouldn’t have to be praying for this batch to be a good batch.”" (From "Bottle of Lies: Ranbaxy and the Dark Side of Indian Pharma" by Katherine Eban). This is called "integrity towards one and the all".

Produce a good product by following SOP, skilled manpower, and effective types of plants and types of machinery. There are many companies that produce bad quality products and then pray that the bad products would perform well in the market. When it does not work, they blame one another; they blame the customer, the market, and so on. They never introspect to see what is getting done right under their nose. When a whistleblower brings it to the surface they target to eliminate the whistleblower, not the bad practices.

A whistleblower is the one who has chosen truth over self.
