A fresh liquid, the damaged colander and the yield

A freshly prepared lime solution contains pulp and some other drags. This solution is turbid. To make it into a clear supernatant liquid it needs to be strained. Now if the strainer is chocked the liquid will not pass through the strainer. If the strainer is old and its pore sizes have grown bigger due to wear and tear, then pulps and drags also will pass through it. A well-maintained strainer is required to be used to get the best results.

Similar is the case with human beings, and professionals. If we keep the same person in the charge of business for decades while all others keep coming, and leaving then any number of fresh ideas will find their place in the dust bins. Colander and business heads need to give ways to better ones.
